PACMAN began as an internal claims management system developed in 2004 by a working Public Adjuster who needed a better way to organize files, track documentation, and manage growing claim volume.
For more than a decade, the platform was refined and used in real-world claim environments - handling inspections, deadlines, diary notes, documentation, and settlements.
In 2016, after recognizing that other firms faced the same operational challenges, PACMAN Software was officially launched as a commercial Public Adjuster CRM and Claims Management platform.
Since then, PACMAN has evolved into a secure, independent software system used by Public Adjusters who demand organization, accountability, and defensible documentation.
From day one, PACMAN was built in the field - not in a boardroom.
